Free WiFi, so I could binge-watch my favorite shows. The concierge was helpful, but I didn't bother asking for directions to the nearest diamond tiara shop.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram stop and many popular attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, warm bread, and flavorful vegetables. We especially loved the charming rooftop dining area with a stunning view of the city skyline. Our children had a great time exploring the city, and the hotel's proximity to shops and eateries made it convenient for us to grab a quick bite or go shopping. The rooms were cozy, clean, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were also impressed with the helpful and friendly hotel staff who made us feel welcomed throughout our visit.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children within the hotel premises.

Conveniently located near public transport with a quiet street. Staff are kind and helpful despite some communication struggles. Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of veggies and processed meats. Rooms are comfortable with a good price.

The whole hotel was tidy and the staff was great. Its location was excellent, really close to Aksaray metro and public transport. Tried some takeout specials at Popeyes, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue. We had the most comfortable few days there...

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the metro station and convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The facility is very clean and the employees are multilingual, which includes English and Russian. The breakfast offered a large selection of fruits, bread, vegetables, and more. The view from the dining area was beautiful and the air conditioning in the room was good. Being just a few minutes away from the Tram station, it made it convenient to visit attractions like Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, and Basilika Cistern. Moreover, the room provided a quiet and peaceful environment during our stay. As old people, we found all these facilities and amenities to be very suitable and enjoyable.
We felt very fortunate during our stay at the hotel and did not have any complaints.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was good value for the money, and it included two free drinks on arrival and a snack in the room. Can't beat the location, with all the attractions easily accessible on foot. Also appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea in the lobby any time of day.
The room was very noisy, with not enough sound insulation to keep out the loud traffic noise and hallway noise. the bathroom was cramped and the water pressure was poor.

Enjoyed the free WiFi and helpful concierge services. The hotel has everything you need. Ate a satisfying meal at the restaurant. Expressed checkout was a breeze.
Was thrilled to experience the audacity of selfishness from the manager, Ismail. Absolutely mind-blowing.

The hotel is located in a great shopping area, close to both the metro and Laleli tram station. The staff was helpful in everything I asked and the room was neat and clean.
The breakfast was average and lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area.
